Which files can I add?
Choose a supported file or export another format before uploading.

KayBi accepts supported PDFs, images, audio recordings, videos, plain-text files, and Markdown. The file picker and upload response check the exact format and size.
PowerPoint, Keynote, and other presentation projects need a supported export, such as PDF. Renaming a file extension doesn't convert its contents.
What about a web link?
A pasted website or YouTube address is not a file upload. Don't assume its page or video has been imported into your collection. If you have a source file you are allowed to use, add that file instead.
Check the current allowance
A format error and an allowance error need different fixes. Read the upload message first. If it identifies storage or usage, open Settings → Plan and usage. If it identifies the format, export a supported version.
