A file is still processing or won't upload

Check the state first

An upload still in progress needs your connection. A file being processed has uploaded, but isn't ready for every search or answer yet. Read the card's state and any error message before retrying.

Use the next step that fits

1. For a connection problem, reconnect and use the retry action if offered.
2. For a refused format or file size, check the message. Use a supported export or a smaller source file.
3. For a usage limit, check Settings → Plan and usage for the allowance and reset time.
4. For a processing failure, try the retry control rather than uploading repeated copies.

If it stays stuck

Contact support with the file type, approximate size, when it happened, and the visible error or processing state. Don't include passwords or private source content in your first message.

If the file is urgent, keep the original available while the issue is investigated.
