Space settings, archive, export, and deletion

Open Space settings

Use the Space's actions menu → Space settings. You can change its summary information, manage folders, inspect usage, and set its retention rule.

Archive or export

Lifecycle offers Archive Space to mark the Space archived. Its settings then show its archived state and a Restore Space action. It may still appear in collection navigation; archiving is not deletion.

Export Space queues a copy. Follow the export state and download instructions rather than assuming the request means the archive is already ready.

Delete only when you mean to

Delete Space queues deletion of the Space and its saved source memory. In settings, the confirmation asks you to type DELETE. Take a copy first if you may need the contents; do not use deletion simply to hide a Space.
