Use a Space when it helps

A Space brings related files and conversations together. It can be a course, a project, an interest, or everyday things. You don't need a perfect system before adding material.

Open Spaces to find or create a Space. Folders can add another level within one when you need it.

Review where things land

KayBi can suggest names, tags, and placement for files. Check the destination and move a file if another place makes more sense.

The Waiting for a place card on Home opens Inbox. Review uncertain placements there; you can decide where an item belongs instead of accepting a guess.

Browsing a Space and asking within it

Select a Space in Home's Lately area to narrow the collection, or open its workspace. In chat, check the context selector before sending: it controls what KayBi looks at for that conversation.
