Managing billing and cancelling a plan

Open your plan

Go to Settings → Plan and usage. Read the active plan, usage, and available account actions there. Where Manage billing is offered, it opens the billing service's account controls.

Change or cancel

Use the available billing controls to change or cancel a paid subscription. Read the effective date and confirmation so you know whether the change applies now or at renewal.

Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting your account. If you want to delete a paid account, cancel its active subscription first, then use Delete everything.

Questions about a charge

Use the current Refund Policy for refund terms and Contact for a billing issue. Include the date and a non-sensitive description of the charge; don't send complete payment-card details. Published screenshots and old guides do not override the current offer.
