Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid KayBi subscriptions purchased through Lemon Squeezy. It does not apply to KayBi's no-card 7-day trial, which expires without an automatic charge.

Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal when it is available for your account. Cancellation normally keeps paid access active until the end of the current billing period.

KayBi does not offer a general voluntary refund for a subscription period that has already started. This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles payment processing, tax, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud review. A refund may be available where Lemon Squeezy determines it is appropriate, a charge is unauthorized, KayBi cannot reasonably fix a confirmed access failure, or applicable law requires it.
