Review the privacy and security posture in the Trust Center.
What KayBi is
KayBi is an AI-native memory system for scattered, multimodal knowledge. V1 focuses on PDFs, images, audio, video, text/markdown, and normal chats, then answers questions with clickable citations back to private source anchors.
What KayBi is not
KayBi is not a generic notes app, file manager, public sharing platform, or text-only chat-with-documents tool. V1 does not support web links, YouTube ingestion, slides/PPTX, or standalone manual notes.
Trial and billing status
KayBi starts with a public no-card 7-day trial. Paid monthly plans are priced publicly, and KayBi uses Lemon Squeezy subscriptions and checkout where paid billing is offered in the app. The legal pages remain draft pending a public mailing/service address and qualified review before KayBi removes the draft posture or claims final legal readiness. Access and heavy media processing may still be limited to protect privacy, citation quality, provider terms, billing integrity, quotas, and budget controls.
Privacy posture
KayBi stores private source assets selected for playback, retrieval, citation, export, and storage efficiency. It retrieves by modality-aware memory chunks, answers with source anchors, supports export/delete/retention, and keeps incognito non-persistent. KayBi does not claim true end-to-end encryption in V1 because AI provider processing is required.
