Open the sign-in page

Choose Sign in from the KayBi website and use an available sign-in method. Use the same account you originally saved your material with; a different account has a different collection.

Creating an account

The sign-up page shows the current access options and any trial offer. If registration isn't available, use Contact for access questions. An old guide or screenshot isn't a reliable description of today's offer.

If you cannot get back in

Check the email address and the sign-in method you used before. Follow the recovery options shown on the sign-in page. If a provider window was blocked, allow that window and try again.

Contact support if you're still stuck. Include the error and sign-in method, but never send a password, verification code, or private account link.
