Finding, renaming, and archiving chats
Keep conversations easy to return to without keeping every one in your main list.
1 min readReturn to a conversation
Open Chats and choose the conversation. Use Find a chat to narrow the list. The conversation's saved title is a clue to its topic, not the full content of every answer.
Rename or archive
Expand the sidebar's chat list and open More options for that conversation. Choose Rename, edit the title, and save it. Choose Archive to remove the conversation from the active list without permanently deleting it.
Open Settings → Archived chats to restore a conversation or delete it. Archiving and incognito are different: an archived chat remains saved.
Delete a conversation
Choose Delete and read the confirmation. This removes the conversation and its saved chat memory. If you need its words, copy or export them first; don't assume it can be restored like an archived chat.
